Why this notice

This page describes how to manage the site in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. The processing is always based on principles of lawfulness and correctness in compliance with all applicable regulations in force (and therefore also in compliance with the principles of necessity, correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality) and with logic strictly related to the purposes pursued.
The personal data being processed will be processed by Pettenon Cosmetics S.p.A. S.B. (hereinafter also referred to as "Company"), also in consideration of technological innovations in such a way as to minimize, through appropriate preventive security measures, the risk of their destruction or loss, even accidental, of unauthorized access to data or processing operations that are either illegal or incompatible with the purposes for which the data were collected. Only the operations necessary for the pursuit of the purposes indicated in this document and in the other information provided to users at the time of collection of their data and to which reference will be made will be made on the data.

The data will be processed in accordance with all current regulations and in accordance with the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679. The data can also be organized in databases/databases, including computer databases. The server on which the personal data relating to the site reside is located at Pettenon Cosmetics S.p.A. S.B., via del Palù, 7/D, 35018- San Martino di Lupari (PD). In addition to the headquarters where the server resides, the data may be processed at the Company's headquarters and at the offices of any appointed data processors (as well as at any third parties to whom the data may be communicated as independent data controllers and which are indicated in this policy or in the related information on the site).

Please note that all data may always be processed to assert or defend a right of the Company in the appropriate locations (therefore for legitimate interests) and for all the obligations established by law, by a regulation or by community legislation, recalling that in this sense the provision is necessary and failure to provide it will make it impossible to access the site and / or to establish any relationship with the Company (even simply by writing an e-mail to  information) and that for these purposes the data may be communicated to judicial or police bodies, lawyers and anyone necessary precisely in order to meet obligations under the law, by a regulation or by community legislation or to assert or defend a right of the Company.

Types of data processed and processing methods

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. 

This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. 

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment. 

These data are used by the Company for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or more generally the Company. 

The data may be processed in paper, manual, computer and telematic form (thus storing and processing the data both on paper and computer). The provision of such data is optional (except in the case of request by judicial or police bodies in which case the conferment is necessary) but if they are not provided, it will not be possible to browse the site.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

With regard to specific contributions for which there is a special form, please refer to these forms and to the specific information.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site (in the event that only the e-mail address is indicated and there is no special compilation form in the presence of which reference is made to the specific information governing the conferment in the various forms), will result in the subsequent acquisition by the Company of the sender's address necessary to respond to requests,  as well as any other personal data included in the message (and in the attachments to it) or in the appropriate forms. 

In this case (the one in which only the address is indicated and there is a special compilation form in the presence of which reference is made to the specific information governing the provision in the various forms) the provision of data is optional, but failure to provide the address or other data necessary to process the request will make it impossible not to be able to process the request itself. By sending the e-mail, the interested party explicitly consents to the processing of data to process requests. 

In case of requests for sending material, the data necessary for shipment may be communicated to post-couriers. The data, in paper or electronic format, can be processed either manually or by means of IT / telematic tools by organizing the data also in computer databases. The data will be kept for the period necessary to pursue the purposes indicated.

Rights

We inform you that the GDPR provides for the possibility for the interested party to ask the data controller (at the addresses indicated above) access to personal data and the correction of data, the cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns him, the portability of data; the interested party may also have the possibility to oppose the processing of data and to exercise the other rights contained in Chapter 3 section 1 of the GDPR including that of withdrawing consent, where provided: the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdraw.

Complaints

Where the interested party considers that the processing of data takes place in violation of the provisions of the GDPR, he has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Supervisory Authority (whose references can be found on the site www.garanteprivacy.it), as required by Article 77 of the GDPR, or to take the appropriate judicial offices (Article 79 of the GDPR).  You can also contact the Supervisory Authority of the state in which you habitually reside or work. Legal basis

The legal basis is constituted by legal obligations (Italian and European laws) not by the legitimate interests of the controller in the relationship with the user (such as the legitimate interest to assert or defend a right and the legitimate interest to allow navigation and use of the services of the site technically). Furthermore, for the purposes for which consent is required, the legal basis is consent itself. 

Scope of communication and dissemination

No data will be released by the Company.

With regard to specific processing for which there is a special form on the site or a special section in this policy, please refer to these forms and specific sections. 

For other processing, the data provided by users may be known (and processed on behalf of the Company) by subjects specifically delegated by the Company (marketing staff for the management of the site also external to the company, legal practices also external to the Company, IT technicians also external to the Company, employees of the sectors to which a possible request is addressed) and data processors (for example companies that manage the site or where the  site resides, IT outsourcing company) appointed in accordance with the law by the Company. If necessary and as also specified at the beginning of this policy, the data may also be communicated by the Company to judicial or police bodies, lawyers and anyone necessary in order to meet obligations under the law, a regulation or community legislation or to assert or defend a right in the appropriate locations.

In any case, all data may be kept for a period necessary to assert or defend a right of the Company according to Italian and European regulations.
