Benefit Company (hereinafter also referred to as the "Company") is committed to carrying out its activities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and in compliance with the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 and its Code of Ethics.
In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, which transposed EU Directive 2019/1937, on "Whistleblowing," and consistently with its culture of ethics, legality and transparency, Pettenon has implemented a special platform as an internal reporting system.
WHAT CAN YOU REPORT?
Pettenon allows interested stakeholders to report to the Company any violations of national regulations or European Union law detrimental to the public interest or the integrity of the Company, as well as unlawful conduct relevant under Legislative Decree 231/2001 or the Organization, Management and Control Model, of which they have become aware in the context of their work environment.
The Whistleblowing Procedure allows the confidential forwarding of such reports with a guarantee of absolute discretion and ensures the protection of persons who report violations from any form of retaliation or discrimination.
