On June 25th, Pettenon Cosmetics had the honor of participating in the "Gender Equality and Business Impact" roundtable organized by the Winning Women Institute, held at Sky Italia. The event, dedicated to gender equality and female leadership, featured our Chief HR & Organization Officer, Mario Greganti, among the speakers.
During the session, Mario Greganti presented Pettenon Cosmetics' policies and initiatives aimed at promoting gender diversity within the company. Inclusivity is deeply rooted in our corporate culture and is among the five shared benefits outlined in our Benefit Company statute. This commitment is reflected in numerous initiatives implemented to promote gender equality and multiculturalism, both within the company and in the community.
Key initiatives include offering free breast cancer screening for all female employees, supporting the Serie A1 women's basketball team Lupe Basket, subscribing to the UN Global Compact Women Empowerment Principles, and pursuing gender equality certification. These projects demonstrate our ongoing commitment to valuing and promoting diversity and inclusivity.
Moderated by SKY TG24 journalist Tonia Cartolano, the event provided an important platform for exchanging best practices among companies. We thank the Winning Women Institute for involving us in this valuable event, which aligns with our principles and commitment to a more inclusive and equitable future.
